Super Sunday Clash – Will India Bounce Back Or England Onslaught Ends With Series Win?
With COVID-19 again threatening to create a carnage in India, especially Maharashtra, the hotspot Pune is all set to witness another goosebumps fight on cricket field with India & England clashing one last time to decide the ODI series winner on the Super Sunday Clash in 3rd and final ODI.
After winning the 1st ODI rather convincingly post initial strong reply from England, India wouldn’t have thought that scoring 336 runs also won’t spare them with the English power horse run feast against Indian bowlers, especially the spinner duo of Kuldeep & Krunal. We witnessed some class batting display by the centurion Johny Bairstow & sheer arrogant power hitting from the blade of Ben Stokes who was rather unfortunate to miss his by mere a single run. Such was the onslaught that England chased down the mammoth target with 6.3 overs to go.
The Indian team needs to quickly pull up their bowling department & ensure that the batters too need to score a little quicker between over numbers 10-40 if they again get to bat 1st as we always knew the chasing prowess of English team but were little relaxed as they weren’t able to display it thus far in the entire T-20 Series & 1st ODI, but with 2nd one in their kitty, Team England would be all set to take back the return fight with ODI trophy in their kit-bag.
